Information on data processing in pilot mode

Human Analytics runs in pilot mode. Before you fill in the questionnaire, you should know who processes your data, for what purpose, for how long and who will see the result.

Purpose of processing

Calculating and displaying questionnaire results and expert review of the method during the pilot.

What data we process

Your questionnaire answers and response times. Your e-mail address only if you took the test on the basis of an HR invitation.

Where the data is stored

In a Supabase database (EU region, Ireland) and on the Vercel platform.

Who will see the result

Whoever has the link to the result page. For a test taken on the basis of an HR invitation, also the inviting HR account.

Retention period

For the duration of the pilot, at most 12 months after completion.

Your rights

You have the right to access your data, to have it erased and to object. Write to us at hello@humananalytics.cz.

Automated decision-making

The questionnaire result is not the basis for any automated decision-making with legal or similarly significant effects.
